His name is Igor, he is the chief of the ultra supporters of Kiev. He is student in psychology. His name is Igor, he is the chief of the ultra supporters of Kiev. He is student in psychology. When Herbaut met him, he was distrustful, he didn’t want to be photographed, he refused to be followed into the clandestine sporting room of his gang. He is ready to do everything for his football team and for his group, even to participate at the mahach-the hooligan street fight. Igor is one of the 1500 hooligans identified by the ukrainian police. the Ultras movement started during the 80’s in Ukraine. Today they are infiltrated by the nationalists and neo-nazi groups which use the stadiums to commit racist acts. With the organization of Euro 2012, the ukrainian police attempts to fight them: prventing them to come to the stadiums with the worlds eyes on the country. The Ukrainian hooligans now say -the state has become their first enemy.
